Organizational Responsibilities: The Men's and Women's Head Cross Country Coach will report to the Athletic Director. Job Summary: As an integral member of the Athletic program, the Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach is primarily responsible for coaching and instructing the Men's and Women's Cross Country team of Spartanburg Methodist College. The Coach also recruits and manages this team in accordance with the rules of the NJCAA and the mission and values of Spartanburg Methodist College and serves as an advisor to the Athletic Director in all issues pertaining to the Men's and Women's Cross Country team.
