Job Summary: Assist the head coach in the administration and operation of the baseball program consistent with the policies of Miami University, the NCAA, and other appropriate governing bodies (i.e. Mid-American Conference). This position specifically supports the mission of the University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics by assisting in institutional compliance with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations. Duties/Physical Demands: Identify student athletes to be considered for recruitment; determine when and where to recruit prospective student athletes; input in regards to who will be offered scholarships; facilitate all official and unofficial recruiting visits; input regarding roster management; assist in in/out season conditioning program; ensure locker rooms,
