The Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Commissioner for Strategic Communications. The OVC is comprised of 11 members institutions in six states. The office is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, 10 miles south of downtown Nashville. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary communications contact for the sports of football, men’s basketball, men’s soccer and baseball, and others sports to be determined. Build relationships with local, regional and national media. Work collaboratively with the OVC Director of Communications and supervise the OVC Director of Creative Content. Develop and maintain working relationships with communication departments throughout the OVC. Oversee the messaging, timing, and pr
