Assistant Director of Ticket Operations Assistant Director of Ticket Operations Brief Description of Duties: The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations will oversee the overall ticket operations for the Department of Athletics. This position is responsible for the execution of annual season ticket and group ticket plans in sports of football, men's and women's basketball and men's lacrosse. This position will be responsible for the coordination of all ticket allocations and distributions, reconciliation of all ticket accounts, athletic event ticket sales and operations including event staffing as it specifically relates to the ticketing operation. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations and External Services Unit in the Department of Athletic
