This role oversees the NCAA Student-Athlete Life Skills programming for all student-athletes and sports teams. This role will focus on programming and student-athlete development in the following areas: academic, professional, leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, career, NIL, and community outreach. This position works closely with administration, SASS, coaches and student-athletes in coordinating community service events, guest speakers, networking night, the Rocket Awards, and more. The Director will also serve as the Rocket Launch Academic Coach Program Coordinator, SAAC advisor, and the liaison to the conference office on all awards/nominations.
