The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking a Head Coach, Women's Lacrosse. Develops, directs, and coaches an intercollegiate Varsity Women's Lacrosse program. Instructs athletes in fundamentals of Lacrosse, coaches technique and strategy. Recruits scholarship and walk on athletes. Manages all aspects of the program including scheduling, travel, equipment needs, budget, and staffing. Monitors academic progress of student athletes. Participates in development activities to promote the program. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
