About the position:
The position will involve coaching in a 10 month soccer academy model with additional responsibilities based on the experience and interest of the candidate that will include responsibilities in the girls dormitory (about 30 students - 90% are soccer student-athletes).
The salary range is 35-40k, free on-campus housing, full meal plan, and comprehensive benefits.
An ideal candidate will have college soccer playing experience, a bachelor's degree, college/club coaching experience, and licensing; experience with independent boarding school as a coach/student is a plus. Candidates will be subject to a background check, must have a valid driver's license, and working status in the US (sorry we cannot sponsor visas).
Bachelor’s degree required
USSF, USC, or equivalent coaching licenses (preferred)
First Aid and CPR certification (can be attained)
Valid driver’s license
Valid work (visa) status in the USA (sponsorship not available)
