Wisconsin Lutheran College, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic professional to serve as a Part-Time Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all phases of management of a competitive men’s soccer program which competes in the NCAA Division III Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC). Primary duties include recruitment of prospective student-athletes, on-field coaching, session planning, and match preparation.
The Part-Time Assistant Coach's responsibilities include but are not limited to: knowing and abiding by all College, NCAA, and Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference rules and regulations; coaching; assisting with practice and game plans; recruiting; monitoring student-athlete academic progress; and scheduling. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have experience coaching in a competitive soccer program. The successful candidate must also provide positive leadership in all aspects of the soccer program and must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all internal and external patrons. Other job duties and responsibilities are to be determined by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics.
A Bachelor’s degree and previous high-level coaching experience at the collegiate level are preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
