Position Summary:

Assists with the development of the Girls ECNL Program. Directly responsible for the PreECNL Program. Serves as Head Coach for the PreECNL U11 & U12 West & U10 Junior Academy West. Serves as an Assistant Coach for the USL W/Academy Team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Pre ECNL Girls Assistant Director

• Assists management of all stakeholders within PreECNL, USL W & USL Academy Teams
• Assists with talent ID, college ID camps, tryouts, evaluations, feedback & maintenance of internal depth charts
• Attends all events & meetings as assigned by the ECNL Director
• Administration: Assists ECNL Administrator with Player, Team, & Event Registration, Roster Management, & Score Reporting for the PreECNL
  • Assists with logistics & communication with key stakeholders (staff, players, parents)
• Operations: Assists with PreECNL, USL W, & USL Academy operations, including media, broadcasting, and other operations tasks.
• Staff Recruitment: Assists CXO, Head of Business & Heads of Programs with recruiting new staff to NC Fusion. Establish, improve & execute processes to attract quality future staff.
• Player Recruitment: Assists the Head of Recruitment with recruiting players into the program - U8-U12 Focus
• Mentorship & Outreach: Assists ECNL Director with creating opportunities for player-to-player mentorship community engagement
• Additional Duties as assigned by ECNL Director

Pre ECNL Head Coach & Junior Academy Head Coach

• Management of the U10 Academy & U11 PreECNL & U12 PreECNL
  • Works with PreECNL & Academy Directors to provide schedules, roster management, training curriculum, training sessions, team communication, player feedback, and player evaluation process for all players within the program.
  • Provides & executes training, matchday, & off-day protocols for the PreECNL
  • Provides logistics to managers, players, & other key stakeholders within the PreECNL
  • Maintains internal Team & Player Data in order to track & improve team/player performance.
  • Holds educational webinars/meetings to educate current & prospective players about the PreECNL & ECNL Program
• Training
  • Provides team training 3x Per Week for each team
  • Executes the ECNL Girls Curriculum
• Player Development
  • Provide Player Assessments, Feedback & IDPs for All players
    • Player Assessments - Preseason, Midseason, & End of Season
    • Provides “WWW & EBI” Individual Feedback on a Monthly Basis
    • Provides monthly feedback for Classic or Academy players training up
    • Provide weekly video analysis for the players within the PreECNL Team
  • Talent ID & Player Recruitment
    • Internally IDs & recruits players from within NC Fusion to the appropriate level
      • Has extensive understanding of the Recreation, Academy & Classic programs & players from U8-U12
    • Externally IDs & recruits players from ECNL, ECNL RL, & NCYSA clubs to fill player roles within the club
  • Additional duties as assigned by ECNL Director

 USL W/Academy Staff Assistant

• Serves as an Assistant Coach for either the USL W or USL Academy
• Attends all training sessions
• Provides administrative support to the USL GM and USL Staff Coaches
• Provides Film Analysis and Player Development support to USL W & USL Academy Coaches

Head of Personal Training for U13 and Above

• Directly oversees all specialized and/or personal training for U13 and older.
• Builds individualized curriculums based on age, ability, and gender
• Provides the framework for additional coaches to provide private lessons and connects players to coaches
• Attains appropriate certifications and knows best & new training methodologies to enhance all sports performance at NC Fusion.

• Supports & Attends all Club Events throughout the soccer year.
• Reports upwards to the ECNL Director

Additional Coaching Expectations

• Assists with all winter & summer ECNL, PreECNL, and USL Camp Programming as assigned by the ECNL Director
• Holds educational webinars/meetings to educate current & prospective players about the Pre ECNL Program
• Fulfills all expectations outlined in the Coaching Roles & Responsibilities for NC Fusion Staff.

Minimum Requirements: *USSF D License,Equivalent or Higher
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift +20lbs to meet field/facility setup demands.
Environment: Ability to work indoors and outdoors on a daily basis.
Additional Notes: Additional Duties assigned by Executive Director as needed by NC Fusion.
