Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball. The Assistant Coach is directly responsible to the Head Coach, Women’s Basketball to assist with aspects of a Division I basketball program.
The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is preferred. Intercollegiate basketball playing and coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of recruiting software (JumpForward) and scouting software (HUDL Sportscode, Synergy, and FastModel) preferred. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Suite’s is preferred. Division 1 coaching , recruiting, and skill development experience and skill development is preferred. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
