The WSU Assistant Spirit Director and Head Cheer Coach is responsible for the direction of the WSU Cheer Team in both the game day experience and national competitions. Additionally, this position performs administrative duties that to assist and support WSU Spirit teams and the WSU Spirit Director. Responsibilities: -Oversee the safety and well-being of the WSU Co-Ed Cheer Program -Attend all soccer, volleyball, football, and basketball games -Complete administrative work and communication on behalf of the WSU Cheer Team (travel, team rosters, issuing per diem, issuing Nike Gear, etc.) -Organize weekly practices, on/off campus appearances, team meetings, and monitoring athlete's academic success -Maintain and demonstrate professionalism on and off WSU campus -Provide skill instru
