This position is responsible for the collaborative vision and direction of the University of Colorado Alpine Ski program. Specific areas of responsibility include: the recruitment and development of high level prospects, the hiring of qualified and experienced assistant coaches, the completion of a competitive schedule, collaboration with sports medicine, marketing, development, strength and conditioning, and academics on the operation of a nationally competitive Division I Ski team and program.
