The primary function of the Head Track and Field Coach is to facilitate all operations of a successful track and field program, including recruiting, retaining and coaching members of the track and field team. The Head Track and Field Coach is responsible for day-to-day coaching responsibilities and is expected to meet annual recruiting and retention goals.
