Job Title: Women’s Volleyball Head Coach Position Type: Full-Time Job Description Summary: Under the Direction of the Director of Athletics, the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach shall assume full responsibility for the organization, management and conduct of the Women’s Volleyball program at the Division I level. The program shall be conducted under the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Division I, the Big South Conference and the college. The Head Coach is also responsible for supervising the Assistant Coach. The Head coach is responsible for teaching, evaluating and refining sport specific skill development for student-athletes; and recruitment of qualified student-athletes within the university and NCAA Division I guidelines.
