Job Description Sun Devil Athletics seeks a Graphics Coordinator, Football who, under supervision prepares a variety of skilled graphic work of various advertisements, posters, exhibits, brochures, books, newsletters, and flyers using various production techniques which include computer graphic systems and software. Designs electronic materials for a variety of university and football applications, as appropriate. Will work alongside the department's creative, media, and PR team members to provide a significant, consistent look for SDA, as well as the University. Reports to the Senior Football Brand Coordinator. Adheres to NCAA and Pac-12 rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the university and the Arizona Board of Regents.

Essential Duties
Manage team twitter page @risingsundevils on a day to day basis.
Assist with the creation of graphics for recruits and stakeholders; Good Lucks, individual recruiting graphics, game graphics, holidays, etc.
Assist with the creation of graphics meant for social media a well as print media.
Assist with the coordination of recruiting marketing campaign for both off-season and in season.
Assist with branding entire communication campaigns including print (posters/mailers) – Digital (graphics).
Under supervision, create branding guidelines that adhere to the University, NCAA compliance and current coaching staff philosophy.
Organize and distribute all recruiting media to coaches and software distribution platforms.
Work directly with the athletic media department for collaboration, branding, and communication of current coaching staff philosophies.
Assist with official/unofficial visit operations and On-campus recruiting (photoshoots).
Coordinate, organize, and distribute in-season and off-season media calendar for all social media platforms and areas of communication.
Assist in the coordination, organization and execution of photoshoots for official/unofficial visits.
Assist in the coordination, organization and execution of photoshoots for in/off-season content.
Assist in the organization, editing and distribution of photos for official/unofficial visits.
With supervision will organize, edit and distribute photos for in/off-season content.
Will help coordinate, organize, and execute National signing day content (graphics).
Organize and execute game day media needs (photography).
Assist with the oversight and development of the student creative graphics program.
Assist with the buildout of the marketing calendar to recruits and stakeholders.
Assist with and maintain the FB Recruiting Social Media Account.
Organize and distribute game day content for recruiting media and athletics marketing (recap graphics, recruiting graphics) .
Organize and update recruiting prospect boards for content distribution and social media.
Organize and execute in-house media requests (coaches graphics, administration graphics)
Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience in the program of assignment; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualificiations
Experience in an athletics program (2 years).
Experience with photography and graphic design for athletics program preferred. (2 years).
Experience in motion graphics/visual special effects.
Demonstrated knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules and regulations, and University policies and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Experience in coordinating and prioritizing work and activities of self and others.
Demonstrated knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules and regulations, and University policies and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge with photography - photoshoots, practices, and other events as assigned.
Experience with photoshop, and other creative mediums.
Experience in creating motion graphics.
Demonstrated knowledge of issues pertaining to area of assignment.
Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
Experience in planning and organizing.
Evidence of effective communication.
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Experience in stimulating changes in individual, institutional, and corporate behaviors to create a more sustainable environment.
Experience in leading by example in communicating, participating and encouraging support of the institution’s sustainability programs.
Working Environment
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
May be required to travel with the team and work nights, weekends and holidays.
Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
Regularly teach and oversee a small group of individuals.
Occasional driving may be required.
Regular use of office equipment including, but not limited to: computer workstation/laptop (keyboard, monitor, mouse), printer, copier, scanner, telephone, and associated computer/technology peripherals.
Regular use of cameras, and other materials used for high quality pictures.
