Manages ticket operations for selected sports/events including programming, invoicing, allocation, distribution, season database maintenance and assisting customers with inquiries and ticket purchases. Collaborates with other department areas on assigned events to coordinate ticketing needs for sales, marketing, promotions, fan experience and event operations. Assists with CRM and database management, analytics initiatives, and daily financial functions and reporting. Provides general Athletic Ticket Office management support including operational and customer service duties, reconciliation, ticket allocations, cash handling and supervision of student staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Position requires ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
