As part of a competitive NCAA Division III program, Muhlenberg College’s inaugural head coach of women’s wrestling will be responsible for the planning and management of all phases of the intercollegiate women’s wrestling program, with primary focus on developing the newly formed program. Upon hire and for the first year, the position will focus on the recruitment of student-athletes while also serving as a member of the men’s wrestling coaching staff. In year two and beyond, the head coach’s focus will solely concentrate on women’s wrestling, with practices and competition commencing in the 2024-2025 academic year.
