Randolph-Macon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, invites applicants for a Full-Time 12-month Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. Primary responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all practice and game day preparation, and coaching, development and execution of a high-level sports performance program and high-level ID Camps. Additional responsibilities include identification, evaluation and recruitment of potential soccer student-athletes, coordination of travel arrangements, and equipment inventory oversight.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; previous coaching experience required.
