Grace College is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Volleyball. The Graduate Assistant Coach reports directly to the Head Volleyball Coach and is responsible for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating all aspects and facets of a successful varsity and junior varsity and or club sports program at the NAIA level. The Graduate Assistant will also report to the Athletics Admissions Coordinator in regards to recruiting, coaching development and spiritual growth. Duties include, but not limited to: serving as a teacher of volleyball, recruitment of highly skilled and academically qualified student-athletes, monitor academic progress and eligibility, coach and recruit a specific number of athletes for a club volleyball team at the college, and effectively analyze and teach the fundame
