This position provides leadership for the students/athletes who participate in varsity sports and physical education at University of Saint Joseph. The position calls for the person to generate enthusiasm for the sport and teach a team and a sportsmanship approach to students. This position will be a temporary position through the spring and summer with the intention to transition to a regular part-time position pending student recruitment for the cross country teams. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Administers and develops all aspects of the NCAA Division III men's and women's cross-country program including: recruiting, retention, technical and tactical development of the team, in season conditioning programs and training, scouting, supervising assista
