The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance will strategically plan, implement, manage, and enforce all aspects of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) compliance for 17 intercollegiate sport programs to provide a fair, inclusive, and fulfilling environment for student-athletes.
