Wittenberg University is recruiting for a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. The Head Coach will develop and implement performance enhancement, conditioning, speed and agility, and strength training with an emphasis in injury prevention for all 25 varsity athletic teams. We are seeking applicants with a demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Wittenberg University and to Division III athletics. The Head Coach will supervise one full-time staff member and one or two graduate assistants/part-time coaches, working collaboratively with Athletic trainers, team physicians, and consultants with the goal of building top performing student-athletes and creating an inviting environment from a student-athlete welfare perspective.
