Essential Job Functions: This position reports to the Head Women's Volleyball Coach and assists the head coach with all aspects of running a successful Division I Volleyball program. This includes organizing and administering intercollegiate sport. May supervise a staff and/or have budgetary responsibility. May conduct practices, identify and recruit qualified student-athletes, develop competitive schedules, coordinate team travel, and insure compliance with governing rules and regulations.
