This individual will have primary responsibility for Ticket Sales, Service and Retention and will generate revenue for Mizzou Athletics by proactively making outbound phone calls to prospective fans selling tickets to all ticketed sporting events, including, but not limited to full season, partial season, group tickets, and individual game tickets He or she should be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent customer service, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to build relationships with fans in their portfolio. The Ticket Sales, Service and Retention Associate will set up in person meetings, attend networking events, and work home games to promote Mizzou Athletics.
