The Director of Human Resources for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) develops human resources strategies, procedures, activities, and staff of the HR unit. They are responsible for ensuring alignment, implementation, and compliance for human resource functions consistent with the department’s vision and strategic priorities. This position serves on the department’s management team and partners with the leadership team on workforce and compensation strategies as well as talent recruitment, retention, and staff relations activities. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Diversity and Inclusion and Organizational Effectiveness.
