Associate Athletic Director for Finance and Human Resources
Essential Job Functions This position reports to the Controller with dotted line to the Athletic Director and guides financial and/or accounting staff performing work in multiple finance functional areas and participates in day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports, and/or supervises staff. This position also recommends and implements fiscal policies and advises on development of processes in support of efficient and compliant reporting. Prepares NCAA/EADA reports and leads the annual audit. Another aspect of this role includes serving as department liaison with Human Resources. This entails assisting with all activity regarding employment status of staff, posting thru hire of open positions and monitors and processes additional paymen
