Defiance College, an NCAA D-III institution located in Northwest Ohio and member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Baseball Coach. Responsibilities will include all duties normally associated with being the head coach of an intercollegiate baseball program including, but not limited to: recruiting; coaching and managing the team; budget management; organization of training, practices and games; fundraising; equipment control; mentoring assistant coach; and academic monitoring. Additional expectations include game management duties, involvement in both departmental and campus-wide programs, and other duties as assigned. All responsibilities will need to be accomplished in coordination with the athletic administrative team.
