Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director for Ticket Operations, serve as an Assistant Ticket Director (Ticket Office Coordinator) in operations of the Wisconsin Athletic Office. Work with the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations, Assistant Ticket Directors, Business Office and Development Office to manage donation and season ticket invoicing for all UW Sports. Assists with all areas related to the daily and game day ticket operations. Manages ticket sales and operations for all ticketed events. Supports call center operations, e-mail correspondence, and supervises student staff. - 25% Assists in all aspects of ticketing for assigned sports and/or special events. Prepares mailings, organizes will call and special handling for a variety of ticket type
