Within University Advancement and in conjunction with CSUB Athletics, the athletics development department identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards donors to CSUB Athletics. The Associate Athletics Director of Development, under the administrative direction of the Associate Vice President for Development and in partnership with the Vice President for University Advancement and the Athletics Director, develops fundraising plans and strategies that can aid programmatic and funding priorities which support athletics initiatives. This position serves on the leadership teams for both University Advancement and CSUB Athletics and is key to maintaining strong communications between both divisions.
