Sports Facilities at Montana State University manage the hottest event venue in Montana (Brick Breeden Fieldhouse) and are responsible for the management of all athletic/sports facilities including Bobcat Stadium, Hoseaus Fitness Center, Shroyer Gymnasium, and the Bobcat Tennis Center. These facilities are multi-purpose to meet the varied needs of the campus and the community providing services for Athletics, Recreational Sports & Fitness, and Health and Human Development, as well as hosting many events/concerts that come to campus. Annual ticket sales are in excess of $4.5 million for events ranging from MSU Bobcat Football, to Broadway in Bozeman, and many other special events and concerts.
Our goal is to give you a vast look at the inner workings of a facility management team during a 10-12 month span. You will be splitting time in three primary areas: Operations, Guest Services, and the Bobcat Ticket office, while getting a glimpse at the Technical and Custodial areas.

Sports Facilities is responsible for the management of all athletic/sports facilities at Montana State University including the 9,300 seat Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, the 17,000 seat Bobcat Stadium, Hoseaus Fitness Center and Swimming Pool, Shroyer Gymnasium, the Bobcat Tennis Center, and all athletic fields. These facilities are multi-purpose and meet the varied needs of the campus and the community. The department provides services for Athletics, Intramurals and Recreation Sports, and Health and Human Development, as well as hosting many events/concerts that come to campus.
