The division of Athletics at the University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Academic Support Specialist/Academic Advisor. This position provides academic advising and counseling to student-athletes in various academic majors. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable NCAA, university, and ASUN guidelines. FLSA status, title, and level of position is commensurate with the successful applicant’s education and experience relative to the assigned salary grade level/title.

The minimum qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree, required; Master’s degree, preferred; Experience with advising or compliance is preferred; and experience with Division I athletic advising or compliance, strongly preferred.
