UK Athletics is seeking an experienced ticketing professional to join our team in the position of Associate Director, Ticket Operations. This position reports to the Director of Ticket Operations and is responsible for independently managing high-level, day-to-day operations of the ticket office unit. The individual chosen for this position will serve as the primary Ticket Manager for multiple sports (currently assigned Baseball and post-season Soccer) and will administer all facets of ticketing and game day operations for these events throughout the year. With limited assistance from the Director of Ticket Operations, this position is also responsible for the oversight of access management systems at all ticketed events, including but not limited to setup/operation of ticket scanners, acc
