Provide leadership and primary support to the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance with the evaluation, development, and execution of all compliance-related activities, including advising on policy/protocol change, investigation of possible violations, and representing the compliance office in any matter as needed.  Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
