Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Recreation & Athletics, the incumbent will manage the overall internal operations of a rapidly growing athletic department and identifies operational objectives. The incumbent will manage, through subordinate staff, the compliance, eligibility, student athlete services, sports information and marketing programs and efforts for an active NAIA athletics program including acting as the Sport Supervisor for eight athletic teams. The incumbent will serve as the departmental and campus expert on NAIA eligibility and compliance matters including the development and oversight of departmental compliance programs.
