The University of Texas at Dallas is searching for a Head Coach for its varsity women’s soccer program. This position complies with the mission of the athletics department in the development and is expected to maintain successful administration of a competitive intercollegiate soccer program. As head coach, the ideal candidate will develop team and individual goals; conduct and administer a program within goals and objectives of the athletics department for all student-athletes and sport programs. Other essential duties and responsibilities include teach & develop sport specific skills & coaching strategies; assist in the success of team performance in athletics & academics; enforce team, departmental, institutional & conference regulations & rules; recruitment of quality student at
