Esports Coach Alliance University is searching for a Head Coach to establish a new eSports Team to start in Fall of 2023. The successful candidate will report directly to the Athletic Director, assist with the build of the eSports room, launch, coach and direct all facets of the eSports program. Duties & Responsibilities: *Promote a Christian Esports community where students use their abilities to glorify God *Promote the mission of the institution to all faculty, staff, students and community at large *Administer and direct all aspects of the program *Adhere to all applicable NCAA, conference, department and college regulations that relate to recruiting, daily program management, operation of the individual sport and general success of the program
