The Director of Athletics oversees the effective recruitment, hiring, supervision, mentoring, and/or evaluation of approximately 100 full and part-time coaches, administrative and support staff, volunteers, and student employees. The Director of Athletics, working with one Associate and three Assistant Directors, oversees the daily operations of the Athletics department and will provide exceptional leadership and management skills, competitive drive, and a clear passion for the value of collegiate athletics in a student-athlete’s education.
