Summary The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the Head Coach by handling daily range and practice set-up, completing administrative paperwork such as managing travel & travel documents, acting as a range officer to ensure cadet safety during practices and matches, and assisting in other administrative tasks. This position reports to the Head Coach. All the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of USMA, AWPAD, GARC and the NCAA. Scope of Impact The employee is acting as an extension of the Head Coach and has direct access to the Cadet-Athletes. The employee must possess highly professional mannerisms, moral and ethical character, and be a role model. This position will interact with all constituent
