The Head Swimming Coach is directly responsible for overall direction of the men’s and women’s swimming program. Involving recruiting, retaining members, assembling/developing a competent assistant coaching staff, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs. The Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach will also serve in a second college assigned position: Athletic Coordinator. The employment in the above position is contingent upon the Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach being employed in both assigned positions. The minimum annual salary for this position is $39,785.
