Texas Pride is looking for a passionate and responsible individual to assist with coaching our field hockey programs as well as lead, run and manage our programs. We are a full service field hockey club with our own indoor field hockey facility. We provide all types of training from recreational leagues and training to elite travel teams competing in national tournaments. Our services include private lessons, recruiting consulting, highlight film development, personalized merchandise, equipment store and much more.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for the following items: managing our programs, assisting with travel arrangements, setting up our out of town events, managing our play days, assisting with social media, assisting with marketing.
Salary: $50,000 annually. Must be willing to move to Houston, TX.
Looking for a start date of December 2022/January 2023, but open to starting sooner. Must be willing to work through at least June 30th, 2023. We are open to individuals who just finished college or are taking a gap year. However, we would prefer a long term hire.

Individual must be willing and interested in traveling with our travel teams, primarily working nights and weekends in addition to working with kids of all ages (4 – 18). This individual will have a variety of responsibilities and prior experience is not necessary. We are able to train an individual in each area of responsibility.
