Malone University is seeking a qualified head coach to provide leadership for the launch of women's lacrosse.
The head coach will administer and direct all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program in accordance with University, NCAA and Conference by-laws and guidelines.
Responsibilities include, successful recruitment, development and retention of student-athletes, fiscal management, fundraising, scheduling, community engagement and team travel.
A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree is required. A coaching background in collegiate lacrosse; a thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; excellent communication skills; strong organizational and leadership skills, and a proven ability to recruit and develop student-athletes are required. A commitment to faith integration and character development is essential.
