New Mexico Military Institute (NJCAA I, Roswell, NM) is seeking a Full Time Assistant Baseball Coach. This position will also be in charge of field maintenance on/around the baseball stadium. The assistant coach will coordinate all aspects of the pitching staff while assisting the head baseball coach in practice planning, recruiting, academic oversight, game planning, field maintenance, equipment organization, and alumni engagement. Primary duties include: Recruiting Coordination Complete oversight of the pitching staff Assisting with team travel arrangements Field/Stadium upkeep This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Head Baseball Coach with a salary range DOE of $34-39,000.
