Mount St. Joseph University is seeking a Head Coach Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach Purpose:Responsible for instructing student athletes in the rules and fundamentals of men’s and women’s tennis; and determining fundamental philosophy, skills, and techniques. Duties: •Plans and implements the operation of both the men’s and women’s tennis programs •Recruit both men and women tennis student-athletes •Share responsibility for administration/implementation of budget spending for both men’s and women’s budgets •Maintains current knowledge and abides by NCAA/HCAC policies, rules and procedures •Maintains necessary records •Monitors eligibility for men’s and women’s tennis •Assist in the advising of students on their academic progress •Attends NCAA/HCAC meetings, clinics and seminars
