The Assistant Athletic Trainer adheres to the plan developed by the Head Athletic Trainer that provides for the health and safety of student-athletes, the athletics and college staff, and those individuals in attendance for on-campus athletics events. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the implementing and monitoring of a comprehensive health and safety program for athletics and insuring compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Upper Midwest Athletic Conference, Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and Midwest Lacrosse Conference, State of Wisconsin Statutes, and Northland College policies and procedures.
