The University of Akron, a NCAA Division 1 (FBS) institution and member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) is currently seeking applicants for a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Women's Basketball. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: directing the development and implementation of a strength and conditioning programs for The University of Akron Women's Basketball Team; supervising the workouts of women’s basketball student-athletes during practices and pre-season conditioning; designing workouts for the Women's Basketball team and individual players while maintaining and updating computerized workouts; overseeing the purchase of needed supplies while performing general maintenance and cleaning procedures on equipment; collaborating with athletic trainers t
