The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an opening for a full-time Assistant Director of Development. This position will work to identify, solicit and steward prospective donors. They will be a part of an annual fund team tasked with cultivating and retaining donors. This person will work closely with the Executive Director of the Blue-N*-Gold to ensure that donor retention numbers increase yearly thus increasing annual philanthropic revenue and will also have a ticket sales budget via New and Renewal of season tickets.
