Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Lead all marketing and promotional efforts for the University's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, including helping to research, create, organize, recommend and implement comprehensive, integrated athletics marketing plans; assist in the generation of revenue via ticket sales and sponsorship sales; plan and supervise event promotions; and prepare and execute game day activities. Develop, implement and lead in-game promotions; direct game operation functions as they pertain to marketing (i.e., writing game day scripts, articles, PA content, message boards, etc,) and coordinating sponsorships, music/band arrangements, and spirit squads (cheer and dance teams and mascot).
