This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of a comprehensive facility maintenance program. This position will ensure maximum and efficient operations of facilities and building mechanical systems through a technical support staff of supervisors, maintenance mechanics, athletic facility workers and internal and external technical and non-technical support services. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversight and supervision of UMAD Athletic Maintenance Technicians, UM Athletics Skilled Trades Positions, Associate Supervisor of Athletic Maintenance, and Maintenance Assistant.
