The Assistant AD for Talent Management will oversee the Human Resources component for Athletics (including, but not limited to onboarding, assignment management, professional development, conflict resolution and employee advising, equal opportunity coordination, supplemental payments, bonus payments, taxable benefits, TimeClock Plus approver, TMS/Oracle oversight). Additionally, this position will work on higher level financial tasks (including, but not limited to, purchase requisitions, internal orders and transfers, monthly and year-end reporting) insuring they are appropriately and properly processed and recorded in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
