Under the direct supervision of the Men’s Rowing Head Coach, act as an Assistant Coach for the men’s rowing program. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Teaching and instructing in the fundamentals of rowing (sport mechanics, techniques, strategy); * Developing, implementing and evaluating on and off-water training plans; * Recruiting; * Assisting with travel, compliance, budget and other administrative functions; * Promoting rowing through social media and other outreach activities; and * Other duties as assigned.
